November Tea Time

Wednesday, November 4th
Host: Corinna (Piddix)
10:30am - 1:30pm open house (drop by any time)
I'll have snacks and drinks. People can feel free to bring something if they'd like, but totally not necessary.
Very kid friendly (as long as they are okay with a super-happy crazy dog)
I'll have some kind of free Make + Take craft set up. Probably glass marbles.

August Etsy Tea Time

When: Thursday August 27th 11am - 1pm

What: Etsy Tea Time

Where: Laurelhurst Park (check out the map on the post below, information is still accurate)

Why: to chit chat about Etsy and meet other local sellers

I'll put an orange (its cheap and plastic so it sorta looks a little more yellow than orange) on a picnic table where we'll be seated. If you've never been, walk around the park to the NE corner (on the NE side of the pond) and look for a picnic table with a plastic orange-ish table cloth and giggling crafty etsy sellers and come on up and join us! Feel free to bring snacks and something to keep your hands busy (knitting, cutting, putting labels on packages...)

Long time no see!

Etsy Tea Time is having a last minute summer get together out in the park, Laurelhurst Park.
Thursday July 16th, 1pm. Same day as the evening Etsy meet-up at the Doug Fir. Matt and Maria are going to try and visit us as well. Come and meet them and enjoy a little time with Etsy friends out in the park!

NE Side of Laurelhust Park, just off SE 39th... I'll put an orange plastic table cloth on a picnic table. Same as we've done in the past. If you've never joined us - please feel welcome!

Tea Time in the Park

August 7th Etsy Tea
Laurelhurst Park, Thursday, 11am

It'll hopefully be really nice out. I'm looking forward to getting a little crafting done outside... and its August now. Sheesh, the summer rolls along so swiftly. We gotta do tea time outside while its still possible!!

I'll bring the tea, and some of my work to keep me busy.

Heres the directions if you are unsure where to meet:
Laurelhurst Park - NE corner of the park on a picnic table on the North side of the pond - park on SE Ankey on the north side of the park and walk onto the grassy area and look for an orange table cloth (its just a cheap piece of plastic table cloth) on a picnic table.

Need Help With Your Photography?

Thursday July 31st - Tea Time will be all focused on photography

Autumn will be our lovely and wonderful host (THank You!!) and you can look see on the forum for her address

Bring your camera, your laptop, perhaps a sample of your work... or just bring yourself (and none of the before mentioned items, oh - you could bring a snack if you would like, it is lunchtime)

I will try and take pictures and notes of all the ideas shared so that people who cannot make it can still reap the benefits.

Lets help each other out with our photography! There is always room for improvement!

"Let's try and do Lunch, so if you want to bring something great, but no biggy if you can't.

My house is super kid friendly. (ok, except for all the cut glass wine bottles on my kitchen counter) If the weather nice we can be on the deck and I have lot's of water stuff (little pools, sprinkler, slip and slide) for the kids, or the kid in you Yay, I can't wait.

Oh, and I have a big patio table so should be plenty of room for crafts if you feel so incline.

I'm sure I'll want to talk about sampler stuff as well."

Cherries!

Hi Everybody

Due to the sheer wonderful-ness of last week :) lets do it again!!!

There are raspberries, blueberries and maybe some marion berries available at Kruger for us to pick.

And then there is a farm that has cherries available for U-Pick that is just between the bridge and Kruger, if you are driving towards Kruger its on the right, there is a sign that says "U-Pick Cherries" and you follow that road for about a mile.

Thats where you'll find me!
